Speaker Highlights
Our speaker was Maha Elgenaidi, Director of Islamic Networks Group. There were many questions from members. She acknowledged it was difficult to summarize the religion of 1.8 billion people in 30 minutes, but that it is a peaceful religion that is not defined by extremists.

- President Suzanne announced there is an effort to have a coordinated Rotary response to Hurricane Harvey relief. Details should be announced next week.
- Amy Potts quickly showed the club's website and Facebook page, and noted that one does not need a password to view upcoming events and speakers.
- President Suzanne announced our total philanthropy for last year was $128, 000. Well done Los Gatos Rotary!
