Tina has a long history of volunteerism having been president of an education foundation and on the Board of Trustees of the Los Gatos Union School District for over 15 years. Tina joined the Los Gatos Rotary in 2001, serving on a variety committees.  She became its President for 2014-15.  She is currently not only the Assistant Governor of Area 8, but also the Chief of Staff for the Governor Elect of District 5170.

“I’m stunned, humbled” said Tina when receiving the news, “particularly when I think of all the other people in the Rotary doing good work.”  “She certainly deserves it, she is the spark plug of our club” said Greg Smith, a Board Director of the Los Gatos Rotary.

Tina will receive this prestigious award at the District Conference, May 18, aboard the USS Hornet in Alameda.
