Hal introduced the guest speaker of the Day – Dr. Edwin Erickson who spend most of his professional career at NASA Ames Research Center. Dr. Erickson gave a very interesting & informative talk on the Highlights of Modern Astrophysics & Cosmology.
President Andrew adjourned the meeting with this quote – “In 5 – billion years the Sun will expand & engulf our orbit as the charred ember that was once Earth vaporizes.”
